About the role

Senior Project Manager Overview:
The Senior Project Manager leads multiple complex IT projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while balancing usability, performance, and feasibility.Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle using SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
Oversee scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
Ensure quality standards, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Present project updates to leadership and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Support infrastructure, POS, telephony, and video system implementations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in IT project management, preferably in banking or lending.
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
PMP or Agile certification preferred.
