  • Create training programs and materials (playbooks, SOPs, checklists, videos, workshops) to ensure brand and service consistency across locations.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for guest-facing team members (hosts, cleaners, support staff, remote guest services), coordinating sessions and materials within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a “Brand 101” curriculum that clearly explains who we are, what we stand for, and how we show up for guests.
  • Build simple tools (job aids, quick-reference guides, scripts/templates) that make it easy for team members to apply training in daily work.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for questions about brand guidelines, guest experience, and service standards.
  • Model Postcard Cabins’ brand personality in all interactions (warmth, reliability, attention to detail, etc.).
  • Recognize and celebrate team members who exemplify the brand, supporting a culture of guest-centric hospitality.
  • Define and track key metrics related to brand consistency, guest experience, and initiative performance (NPS, reviews, service quality feedback, training completion).
  • Share regular insights and recommendations with leadership based on guest reviews, survey data, and team input.
