Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Business Performance Intern with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and business strategy to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for a graduate student pursuing a degree in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field who is eager to apply their expertise in solving real-world business challenges. The intern will work on high-impact projects across multiple business functions, supporting Operation Liftoff, SAP integration, and other key initiatives. This hands-on experience will involve analyzing complex datasets, developing AI-driven solutions, and creating business cases to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• AI & Data Analytics: Leverage AI and machine learning models to analyze business performance data and identify optimization opportunities.

• Business Case Development: Conduct research, analyze financial and operational data, and present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.

• Process Optimization: Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, production planning, and inventory management.

• Operation Liftoff & SAP Integration: Assist in the implementation and adoption of SAP tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Work closely with the Business Performance team to tackle complex business challenges using AI-driven insights.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders from different departments, including operations, finance, and IT, to drive impactful solutions.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Graduate student pursuing a degree in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.

• Ability to travel 10-15% of the internship duration.

• Strong proficiency in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

• Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP, is a plus.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working on real-world business challenges or case studies is preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
