What you'll be doing

The Sr. Analyst, Business Effectiveness will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

  • Focus on executive management/administration for & with PP&D leaders.

  • Serves as a liaison, both in receiving and delivering messages.

  • Identifies and escalates issues in a timely manner that require attention.

  • Coordinates reports on the business that are utilized for strategic decisions and/or presentations internally/externally.

  • Coordinates with team on client, prospect and team meetings on a regular and consistent basis.

  • Coordinates, manages & ensures that other administrative team members & tasks within the group, which would include travel planning, expense reporting and other required functions are completed in a timely manner.

  • Helps coordinate key messages.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other offices across CIBC organization.

  • Assist with materials for internal meetings including Fair & Responsible Banking, IDAC, and other committee and Board meetings along with the periodic materials for the Regulators.

  • Leads special projects as they arise

  • Plays a key role in identifying, delivering content for and planning meetings.

  • Coordinates client and prospect briefing memos.

  • Serves as a confidant and trusted partner.

  • Committed to invest, mentor and assist in the growth and development of others..

  • Work collaboratively with internal partners and external professional advisors in identifying client needs and goals and developing advice-driven solutions for clients.
