The Program Manager I is responsible for assessment and evaluation of all Office of Community Engagement activities. Tasks include data acquisition and reporting for grants and reports. In addition, the Program Manager I will assist with the design and execution of assessment tools and implementation of programmatic modifications based on these assessments. The Program Manager I is responsible for assessment of all activities and initiatives through the School of Medicine’s Office of Community Engagement and Diversity, and will provide oversight of assessment for multiple large scale, multi-year projects throughout the life cycle of the project, including the administration and troubleshooting of the projects’ records, timelines, communication, budgets, and deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists Vice Dean and Senior Associate Dean in planning, designing, execution, and evaluation of projects and programs.
Oversees all aspects of program and project evaluation, including, but not limited to, collecting data, tracking progress, preparing reports, and managing fiscal responsibilities.
Coordinates with internal and external partners and liaises with stakeholders.
Ensures ongoing compliance and maintains documentation required to meet regulations, policies and procedures, and other requirements of the university and the sponsoring agency.
Drafts and submits reports and evaluations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manages project effectiveness and advises Vice Dean and Senior Associate, Associate, and Assistant Deans on courses of action.
Preferred Qualifications
Program management experience.
Experience with the development and implementation of assessment tools.
Ability to collaborate and work with diverse team members.
Experience in higher education or government settings.
Experience in working with students.
Experience working in healthcare.
Familiarity with guidelines and regulations related to federal and state sponsored programs.

Target Compensation Maximum:
$89,483.00Target Compensation Minimum:
$59,655.00Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
