Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Responsible for creating visual design concepts, mock-ups as well as flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, based on personas and research.

The Work Itself

• Collaborates with Content Strategy, Usability, front-end developers and product partners.
• Ensures existing Ally UX style guide and standards are applied or considered for all concepts.
• Responsible for multiple projects ranging from the highly tactical, sometimes making minor design updates-- to the highly strategic, leading design teams or facilitating sessions with executive staff to discover creative solutions to business problems.

The Skills You Bring

Required:

• 3+ Years of experience in UX Design.
• Portfolio required.
• Digital design experience required.
• Bachelor degree in design, user experience, information architecture, marketing, information systems preferred or equivalent experience.
