About the Role
Ledgebrook is seeking an experienced Senior/Business Analyst, Data Excellence to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you’ll lead analytical efforts to drive data informed decision-making across the entire organization by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing / presenting technical insurance data.
As a Senior/Business Analyst, Data Excellence, you will collaborate with data engineering, insurance product, claims, and finance teams to improve data integrity and automate reporting capabilities. A key part of your role will be transforming complex insurance data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders through required reporting and data visualization.
Beyond reporting, you’ll conduct deep-dive data analysis, develop analytical tools, and identify opportunities to enhance business performance and operational effectiveness. You will also provide ad hoc analytical support and research as needed to ensure Ledgebrook continues to operate with data-driven precision.
Please note: This role is Poland-based and offered exclusively on a B2B contract.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Some specific experiences and skills include:
- Strong proficiency with SQL (Snowflake, MySQL), Excel
- Exposure to or proficiency in modern data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R)
- Familiarity with AnalyticsOps concepts and tools ( Github, CI/CD, DQF, code reviewing, dbt) would be a plus
- Property & Casualty insurance data experience
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
