The Job:

As a Sr. Manager, Network Planning & Design Process, you’ll be part of our corporate team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

• Develop supply chain optimization models to meet strategic objectives for cost, volume, lead time, and capital

• Build comprehensive business cases incorporating financial data such as variable costs, working capital impact, and capital investments for network scenarios

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders from operations, product, finance, and people teams to capture quantitative and qualitative inputs

• Assess manufacturing capabilities across the network and collaborate with local teams to measure production capacity

• Analyze long range demand plans to forecast capacity utilization and identify global improvement opportunities

• Monitor emerging supply chain trends to develop holistic, forward-looking solutions

• Demonstrate strong storytelling skills by simplifying complex inputs into a clear narrative

• Facilitate data driven decisions by presenting insights to senior leadership

• International travel is required for this role – Up to 25%

The Person:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related business discipline required

• 4-5 years of related experience is required in supply chain, manufacturing or consulting

• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Understanding of supply chain and financial data.

• Proactively engages stakeholders and builds cross-functional relationships.  Demonstrated experience in supply chain and/or project management

• Comfortable presenting to large groups and driving project teams

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $93,400 - $168,100 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
