As a part of our company, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes through the implementation <span>and global standardization</span> of professional supplier management tools and systems. <br/> </p><p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supporting and driving standardization and continuous improvement through the implementation of professional supplier management systems and tools </li></ul><ul><li>Identifying and understanding business needs <span>and translating them</span> into actionable requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Acting as the interface between our <span>global business teams and</span> IT experts and ensure detailed <span>specifications are</span> available, IT requirements are clearly defined and implementation of appropriate tools works smoothly   </li></ul><ul><li><span>Analyzing complex</span> technical and <span>business challenges, generating value</span> out <span>of procurement data, and identifying and</span> <span>solving potential issues sustainably </span></li></ul><ul><li>Leading <span>and assisting systems</span> implementation projects across our global <span>organization  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ensuring the timely availability of</span> solutions to comply with customer, governmental, and legal requirements </li></ul><ul><li><span>Supporting the business in data management,</span> reporting and <span>analytics  </span></li></ul><p><br/><b>Who we are looking for:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's <span>degree in Business</span> <span>Administration or</span> a related field </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Systems and Data Management, preferably in a procurement environment </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in implementing and standardizing supplier management tools in a global environment </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in defining and <span>documenting specifications</span> and IT requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Project management skills </li></ul><ul><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul><ul><li>Structured work approach and high level of independence </li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of data analytics and intelligence tools like Excel, Pivot, Power Bi, or others </li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel <span>as required </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Long-term perspectives in an international company</li><li>Attractive conditions for further training measures</li><li>Profit sharing in the company's success</li><li>Home office options and flexible working hours</li><li>Employee and family support program (consulting services, information, recommendations, and needs-based support...)</li><li>It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package.
