The role

The Accounts Payable Specialist II ensures all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner by managing cash flow. These financial specialists provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes.

Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid role in Irving, Tx office and requires in-office collaboration.

What you will be doing:

  • Review, analyze, build, develop, and maintain training programs focused on the Onboarding Contact Center and its strategic 3rd party business partner.

  • Use knowledge of instructional system design (ISD), technologies, and adult learning theory to propose learning solutions that are cost-effective, easy-to-create and maintain, visually and instructionally compelling and that provide a rewarding experience for the learner.

  • Identify gaps in current processes and partner with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop training materials.

  • Establish goals and learning objectives to design appropriate and effective curriculum by leveraging instructional design methodology.

  • Conduct train-the-trainer and frontline associate training sessions in both a virtual and in-person environment

  • Drive projects to execution successfully, managing project milestones and team responsibilities for accountability

  • Manage and maintain training content for the Contact Center.

  • Design, deliver and maintain course-level assessments, including reporting on metrics of assessments completed.

  • Partner with operational leadership teams to ensure on-going reinforcement of core knowledge and training delivery.

  • Report on monthly performance and key metrics.

  • Other training responsibilities as defined by leadership and the organization.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of training curriculum development and delivery, instructional design, or related experience

  • Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge designing and delivering highly engaging training and instruction utilizing a variety of different methods.

  • Experience using applications and development tools such as Elucidat, Articulate, Captivate, PowerPoint,

  • Photoshop, and/or other related applications preferred.

  • Experience using a LMS, such as Workday or similar preferred.

  • Experience in Salesforce highly encouraged.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • An analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
