What you will be doing:

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operation of property systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Preserve the Lodge’s high standards through minor repairs and upkeep, such as painting and general maintenance.
• Monitor and uphold safety standards throughout the property, addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain pool and spa areas to ensure luxury-level cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests regarding property amenities and services.

Qualifications

• Relevant building maintenance experience.
• Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Highly responsible and reliable, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work evenings (until 8pm), weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus.

Starting Hourly Wage:
$22.62/hr, benefit eligible, paid holidays
