We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, Texas. As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities

- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Lead Cook or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques

- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
