Healthcare AI Solutions Intern

You will contribute to designing agentic workflows that automate complex operations across Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Care Management, Claims, and Provider interactions—combining LLMs, tool use, and decision graphs to replicate expert human judgment.

A key part of your role will involve fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs (e.g., instruction tuning, prompt optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, and domain adaptation) on healthcare policy and operational data to improve accuracy, consistency, and explainability. You will also help prototype multi-agent systems, integrate external tools (APIs, browsers, FHIR data), and build feedback loops for continuous learning and governance. 

This role is ideal for candidates with strong Python skills, familiarity with LLM frameworks, and a keen interest in building production-ready, auditable AI agents that drive real operational impact at scale.
