Job Description

  • Create and track program/project plans and milestones with the delivery teams, managing scope, quality, time, and budget requirements
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute requirements
  • Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
  • Work with the team to manage constraints of schedule, budget and assigned resources to deliver defined scope.
  • Ensure all project documentation is uploaded into the project site including all required signoffs from one stage gate to the next.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to produce weekly project status reports, steering committee presentations, change requests, update risk registers, decision logs, action logs, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and meet pre-established goals and objectives.
  • Communicate changes and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in business or related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • Experience in aviation industry a plus
  • Sr./Manager level Technical Program Manager with 10+ years of proven experience implementing technical solutions and working with executive leadership teams
  • Proven experience working with E-commerce departments in supporting strategic project and technical system implementations
  • Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Product Managers and Scrum Masters on projects already in progress and in helping to support new project initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate and develop go live roadmaps with internal and project stakeholder teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and executives
  • Strong knowledge in project management discipline to effectively arrange resources and manage multiple medium to high complexity projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Proactively work to build strong relationships across the organization – from IT to the Business
  • A solid team player with an independent thinker’s mentality
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask
  • Able to connect and work collaboratively with professionals working globally, from a range of cultural identities
  • Flexible and analytical
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
