As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, conducting routine rounds to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. Pay Rate: $24.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities and/or incidents to the proper authorities.
• Assist visitors and employees as needed, providing directions and information about the location.
• Work in a variety of environments and conditions, adapting to site-specific requirements as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
