Each role contributes to transforming healthcare and achieving our mission, impacting over 78 million patients and revolutionizing more than 70 health conditions.In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment efforts for Engineering positions across North America, with a focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified, diverse candidates. You will support and fill requisitions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. This position will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Strong preference for this candidate to reside in Minnesota or Colorado, however, will consider remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop precise job specifications/requirements, competencies, and salary recommendations
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and AI-driven platforms, to identify and engage top-tier candidates
Implement and refine talent acquisition strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion within the engineering workforce
Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to engineering roles
Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient workflow processes
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Partner with HR COE and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes with onboarding and employee development programs
Foster strong relationships with professional organizations, universities, and industry networks to enhance talent pipelines
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging technology and innovative practices
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
NICE TO HAVE:
2+ years of Software Recruiting experience
Proficiency using Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards relevant to engineering roles
Experience in recruiting for the Medical Device industry or familiarity with medical device terminology and regulations
Background in the technology industry, with a solid understanding of technical roles and the expertise to effectively assess technical competencies
Skilled in leveraging modern sourcing methods, such as AI tools, social media platforms, and Boolean logic, to attract and connect with high-caliber candidates
Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines to proactively meet future hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
