As part of onboarding, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate meetings with application teams to gather onboarding requirements and execute integration</li> <li>Orchestrate activities of separate technical integration, business process re-engineering, and change management teams</li> <li>To facilitate the onboarding process, you will prepare job aids, runbooks, and other deliverables as-needed. For this role, you should have strong communication skills, understand change management concepts, and understand ICAM basics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of ICAM experience supporting either Okta and/or SailPoint Solutions</li> <li>Experience gathering requirements from clients</li> <li>Experience preparing job aids, runbooks and other materials to help implement an ICAM solution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks  </li> <li>Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines  </li> <li>Experience working in or with the US federal government clients</li> <li>You have one or more of the following certifications: &a
