Join our team.</em></p></div><p><strong>Barbaricum is hiring an Outreach and Engagement (O&E) Program Manager to support the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract. In this role, you will lead public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen the reach and impact of MODES communications and resources across the global military family audience.</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Manage daily operations and personnel supporting outreach and engagement programs.</li> <li>Advise Government stakeholders on communications strategy, schedules, and resourcing.</li> <li>Lead vendor and agency management, budgeting, and performance oversight.</li> <li>Develop content and communications plans aligned with strategic messaging goals.</li> <li>Serve as point of escalation for engagement concerns or performance issues.</li> <li>Measure and report on program effectiveness and campaign impact.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Active DoD Secret Clearance</li> <li>Favorable adjudication of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations,
