Job Description:

What you’ll do: 

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Partner cross functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and marketing to manufacture the company’s products. 

• Create processes, tooling, bill of materials, drawings, and other documentation for the manufacturing of the company’s products. 

• Apply strong problem-solving tools and methods to rapidly resolve issues and drive best practices to attain benchmark performance. 

• Other duties as assigned.

• Collaborating on risk management activities such as CAPAs, FMEAs, and pFMEAs.

• Developing, executing, and documenting equipment qualifications and process validations. 

• Writing verification and validation protocols and reports for existing products. 

What you need to know: 

Experience/Skills/Education: 

Required: 

• 2-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering in an FDA regulated environment. 

• Experience in manufacturing processes, evaluations, validations, and qualifications. 

• Technical skills in electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. 

• Excellent problem solving and project management skills. 

• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Familiarity and experience with design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DfA), design for reliability (DfR), root cause analysis, and FMEA tools. 

• Previous work experience releasing medical devices.  

• Familiarity and experience with verification and validation test activities and product safety test standards (i.e. IEC 60601-1, ISO 10993). 

(Base Salary Pay Rate Range: $90,000.00-$105,000.00/yearly)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
