With your guidance, the Firefly web application will evolve into a rapid innovation platform that inspires and entertains users. What You'll Do  

As a new Engineering Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities to make a significant impact on the success of our team and the Firefly web application. Here is an overview of what you will be doing:  

• Lead and develop the engineering team: Guide and mentor a dedicated squad of highly skilled web and backend engineers throughout the entire development process. Provide technical leadership from research and design to implementation and delivery of Firefly web application features. Leadership will inspire and empower the team to overcome challenges, deliver high-quality work, and expand their impact daily.  

• Collaborate with product management and clients: Work closely with product management and clients to define and refine the product roadmap, user experience, priorities, and schedule. Insights and input will help shape the direction of the Firefly application, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of our users. 

• Own the progress of the product: Take ownership of the product's development life cycle, closely monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring access to senior leadership when needed. Navigating challenges and providing clear insight into the product's status will be crucial to its success.  

• Attract, hire, and retain top talent: Building a high-powered team is critical, and the Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining exceptional engineers. Mentorship, coaching and
