Description
The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a full-time women's imager with OB/Gyn experience for the clinician educator or clinical practice academic tracks. The Center for Women's Imaging (CWI) is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing real-time reporting of primarily OB/Gyn ultrasound. Annually, CWI performs more than 30,000 screening and diagnostic exams and has a strong collaborative relationship with academic and regional OB/Gyn groups.
Position Summary:
- Section comprised of 10 fellowship-trained faculty
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows

- The Center for Women's Imaging offers two outpatient imaging locations in Nashville, Tennessee

- Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Fellowship training in women's imaging or abdominal imaging preferred
- Hold an MD or equivalent degree
- ABR eligible/certified
- Eligible for Tennessee medical license
- Comfortable in interpretation of OB/Gyn ultrasound or interest in learning
- Opportunities for shared effort across abdominal or breast imaging sections available based on professional interests
- Participation in multidisciplinary conferences
