Maintenance Tech for Residential Property (Full-Time)

Our company is a Residential Services expert with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
Maintenance Tech position is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on the property. The duties include fixing and repairing common area facilities, basic knowledge of plumbing, heating , electrical, and cleaning. Duties also include knowledge of trash clean out, how manage a compactor machine, and trash run pick up in recycle rooms for each residential hallways in building. A valid drivers license is need for this position as the maintenance tech will be given a company vehicle.
