About the Role:Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Housekeeper NB, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in their community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and sanitization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
