Responsibilities

Performs managerial oversight for the department containing 60+ FTEs which comprise of Integration, Quality Assurance, and Training. These groups support Revenue Cycle functions for all practice-based and provider-based departments of the Northside Hospital Health System comprising over 400 + locations and over 100 department cost centers across five facilities This includes all physician practice locations, Patient Access, Business Office, Physician Billing Services, Cancer Institute locations, Radiology locations, Rehab Services locations, Outpatient surgery locations, and any other location under the Northside Hospital Inc. umbrella.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

15 years’ experience in Patient Access or Business Office field

Multiple site management experience

Strong Project Management, Consulting, and Process Flow background

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, insurance requirements/provisions, government regulations

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Deep understanding of scheduling, registration, eligibility, and financial estimate systems and how the data flows
