Salary: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00

Position Summary:
Command Cyber Solutions, LLC., is seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager to provide overall leadership and management of a large-scale DoD program supporting the Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO). The Contract Program Manager will oversee contract execution, ensure delivery of all performance requirements, and serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other senior stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring mission success by managing personnel, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and risk while maintaining compliance with all contract terms and government standards. The candidate will bring demonstrated success leading complex AI, IT, or data programs in the federal space, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions on time and within budget.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide overall program leadership, management, and direction to ensure contract objectives are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the principle point of contact with the Government CO, COR, and program stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day contact operations, including personnel management, subcontractor oversight, and risk mitigation.
- Manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics in accordance with contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain program plans, reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with DoD standards, policies, and directives, including security and quality requirements.
- Support government-led reviews, audits, and progress meetings.
- Provide strategic vision to anticipate customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment of CCS capabilities with emerging DoD requirements.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field from an accredited university (Required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related disciple (Preferred).
Certification Required:
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Required).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA PM Level 3 (Required).
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector.
- 10+ years of program management leadership supporting DoD or federal programs.
- 5+ years of experience in data, AI, or IT-related programs.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-year contracts with geographically dispersed teams.
- Prior experience leading innovation initiatives in AI, analytics, or IT modernization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills with the ability to direct multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, program management frameworks, and AI/data initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior government officials.
- Proficiency in contract management, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Expertise in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital infrastructure modernization
