About the role

As Assistant Head Chef, you are the Head Chef’s closest partner and a key leader in the kitchen. You play a central role in daily operations, service execution and team development, ensuring consistency, quality and strong collaboration throughout the kitchen.

This role combines hands-on cooking, leadership and structure, and is crucial during the opening phase and beyond.

The successful candidate will

• Have previous experience as Assistant Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar

• Be confident leading a kitchen team during service

• Support menu development and implementation

• Ensure high standards in quality, hygiene and workflow

• Be a clear communicator and a strong team player

• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious kitchen environment

• Have a genuine interest in grill cooking and open-fire techniques
