GNC is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Analyst to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will transform data into insights that drive strategy, optimize site performance, and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, operations, and technology teams to support data-informed decision-making across our eCommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with eCommerce platforms, and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that optimize conversion, retention, and revenue.

 

What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

The Sr. Ecommerce Analyst is responsible for analyzing digital sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to drive growth across our eCommerce business. Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on key site metrics like traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and revenue

  • Build and update dashboards in tools like Quantum Metric, Power BI, Looker, GA4, or Excel
  • Deliver concise summaries of analytical findings for leadership and make recommendations based on business objectives
  • Analyze customer behavior across web journeys and funnel stages to uncover opportunities for optimization and personalization
  • Work with the merchandising and UX teams to identify areas of opportunity based on supporting data
  • Analyze site traffic trends and work with marketing to optimize entry points
  • Support Testing Specialist on defining goals and KPIs for A/B tests and monitoring, and compiling test results 
  • Take ownership of projects and drive them forward by engaging with appropriate business partners
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate
