We’re Hiring: Admissions Specialist Lead – Specialty Division (100% Remote)

You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment—providing guidance, compassion, and operational excellence. Your leadership ensures our admissions process runs smoothly across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support admissions functions for multiple facilities
• Provide day-to-day feedback and quality assurance for the admissions team
• Review prospective admissions against approved criteria
• Respond promptly to inquiry calls and schedule assessments
• Assist patients and families in navigating treatment options
• Coordinate with referral sources and arrange transportation
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the admissions process

What We’re Looking For

✔ College degree preferred✔ 2+ years of healthcare admissions experience (mental health or substance abuse strongly preferred)✔ Strong communication and organizational skills✔ Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality✔ Leadership mindset with a passion for helping others

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC)
• Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDS)
• Certified Employee Assistance Program (CEAP)

Training Provided: CPR, de-escalation/restraint, and first aid (as required by state/facility)
