We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and families with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude
  
• Manage check-in and check-out processes
  
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the doctor’s calendar efficiently
  
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with entering patient information into the practice management system
  
• Maintain accuracy in patient charts and ensure all forms and consents are completed
  
• Assist with financial discussions as needed, including explaining payment plans
  
• Support Treatment Coordinator and clinical team with smooth patient flow
  
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, reminders, and patient communication
  
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk environment
  
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold the Rangewood Orthodontics brand experience
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental or medical front office preferred; orthodontic experience is a plus
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and learning new systems
  
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  
• Positive attitude and passion for helping patients
