About the role

CONTEXT
We are recruiting to complete our Group Treasury team in Geneva. The role will report to the Group Treasurer and will have interactions with the entire Treasury team[1] as well as senior internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a very motivated candidate who can perform in a fast-paced and evolving environment, can manage competing requirements, can act with agility and is willing to grow. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, meeting deadlines and a service driven attitude are critical. We require a curiosity for insurance and legal to support the Insurance team on specific international coordination matters but no specific skills in the field are necessary. However, knowledge and experience in one of these fields would be an asset.  

A high level of planning and organisational skills, solution orientation and creativity are a must. We are looking for a team player who adds positive energy and can accompany and support the diverse and inclusive corporate Treasury team on their journey as a high performing team.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, this role will have the responsibility of handling transversal activities in support of the Treasury Operations, Customer Payment Services, with a particular focus on assisting the Insurance team, including but not limited to:

Administration

  • Management of the Group Treasurer’s diary
  • Oversee all travel arrangements for the Group Treasurer and his direct reports
  • Manage daily activities of the Group Treasury department
  • Liaise & coordinate with stakeholders, internal and external on an executive level
  • Assist the management of the office space for the Group Treasury department
  • Assist hiring, on-and-offboarding processes for the Group Treasury department
  • Process all expenses for the Group Treasurer and his direct reports
  • Assist with the editing of the annual Enterprise Risk report
  • Prepare any presentation material required by the Group Treasurer

Insurance:

  • Manage the insurance documents depository 
  • Monitor issuance of insurance binders, policies, premium invoices, endorsements and insurance certificates
  • Monitor payments of insurance premium invoices. Provide necessary reporting
  • Assist with design and build various reports, presentations, manuals and directives
  • Liaise & coordinate with key external and internal stakeholders. Support organization of strategic meetings/events

Team support:

  • Be the first point of contact for the Group Treasury department
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace environment by helping to manage team events, weekly meetings, social gatherings, etc.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a similar position
  • A University (legal) degree is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Affinity with IT tools with skills in data management and Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in Excel, advanced Power Point and Word is essential. Knowledge
