Requirements

What You Bring to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in ocean shipping or freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
• Strong understanding of the Midwest market
• A passion for leading, building, and winning in a competitive commercial environment
• Proven success driving results within a large or matrix organization
