Marketing Events and Social Media Coordinator

Powder Keg Harley-Davidson is looking for a high-energy Marketing Coordinator to help drive the excitement, visibility, and growth of our dealership. If you love powersports, fast-paced environments, and creating experiences that get customers talking, this role is for you.

 

What you’ll Do

•     Bring events to life by coordinating and assisting with on-site and off-site promotions, rides, bike nights, community meetups, and dealership experiences

• Own our marketing assets—organize, maintain, track, and deploy signage, display materials, and promotional equipment

• Transform our showroom by printing signage and merchandising the store for seasonal, brand, and promotional campaigns

• Create buzz online by planning, producing, and posting engaging organic content across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Support the brand voice through consistent community engagement, comment moderation, and timely responses on social platforms

• Communicate like a pro with vendors, partners, community organizations, and internal teams

• Collaborate with department leads to execute in-store promotions, product spotlights, and customer events that drive traffic and sales

• Jump in wherever needed to support broader marketing initiatives as the dealership grows

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in social media management
  
  
• Weekend availability is required
  
  
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies is preferred
  
  
• Familiarity with powersports or motorcycle products is preferred
  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
