In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partnering with Product Engineers to resolve shop floor problems, write-up and detailing issues, and providing engineering support for customer order requirements while also developing permanent solutions.
• Developing and implementing productivity improvements and lean manufacturing projects.
• Supporting manufacturing for problems related to product design or assembly.
• Providing engineering support for customer order requirements.
• Investigating, analyzing, and documenting Service Requests.
• Supporting the development of training materials and manufacturing procedures to improve plant productivity and quality including providing Technical Assistance to personnel within manufacturing.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering- must be obtained by June 2025
• Previous  manufacturing engineering design/application experience or internship/co-op experience
• Driven self-starter with a hands-on approach to developing engineered solutions to manufacturing problems.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering design/application
• Bill of Materials construction experience in a related industry
• Lean Manufacturing experience
