In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partnering with Product Engineers to resolve shop floor problems, write-up and detailing issues, and providing engineering support for customer order requirements while also developing permanent solutions.
- Developing and implementing productivity improvements and lean manufacturing projects.
- Supporting manufacturing for problems related to product design or assembly.
- Providing engineering support for customer order requirements.
- Investigating, analyzing, and documenting Service Requests.
- Supporting the development of training materials and manufacturing procedures to improve plant productivity and quality including providing Technical Assistance to personnel within manufacturing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering- must be obtained by June 2025
- Previous manufacturing engineering design/application experience or internship/co-op experience
- Driven self-starter with a hands-on approach to developing engineered solutions to manufacturing problems.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering design/application
- Bill of Materials construction experience in a related industry
- Lean Manufacturing experience
