Responsibilities

Directs and oversees the communications department activities and resources.

Provides day-to-day supervision and management of the communications staff.  Will ensure that all requirements, regulations, and documentation involving the communication department is completed. Develops departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with requirements/objectives of the organization. Plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelors’ degree preferred.

At least five years of PBX experience required.

At least two years of leadership experienced required.

Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Customer Services experience required.
