The Opportunity

We’re looking for a VP of Creative for Corporate Services who can bring ambitious ideas to life. You’ll define and drive the creative vision for our Corporate Services division—leading proposals and brand storytelling that stand out in the marketplace. This is about building a culture that’s creative, collaborative, and relentlessly future-focused. You’ll partner with senior leadership, and work alongside designers, writers, and project managers, to bring energy to everything we create.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Define and champion the creative vision for Corporate Services, driving proposals and presentations that stand out.
• Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives that inspire, persuade, and win.
• Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of creative and tech trends, pushing the team to experiment with new tools (including AI) and fresh formats across channels.
• Team Builder: Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary creative team. Build a culture of collaboration and creative thinking.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated creative solutions that align with business goals.
• Brand Evolution: Elevate and evolve how Compass Group is presented—ensuring our creative work feels bold and modern.
• Pitch Perfection: Partner on high-stakes proposals and presentations, setting the bar for what “winning work” looks like in Corporate Services.
• Culture Creator: Build trust and positivity both within CCS and with our stakeholders, knowing the best ideas come from energized teams.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of creative leadership experience, leading high-performing teams.
• A visionary storyteller with a portfolio that proves you can concept, execute, and deliver across formats, especially digital and print.
• A bold thinker who embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to disrupt “the way it’s always been done.”
• A confident communicator who can inspire a room—whether presenting to C-Suite executives or rallying a creative team.
• A relationship-builder who thrives in complex organizations and knows how to collaborate across levels and functions.
• A cultural leader who builds trust, positivity, and excitement in every environment.
• A multitasker who can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of deadlines or details.
