About the role

Ergon Inc. is accepting applications for Internships with the Marketing and Communications Department. Interns will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, learn new skills, support the marketing and communications needs of corporate services and B2B industry, and gain experience as part of a full-service, in-house Marketing and Communications Team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, English/Language Arts, Graphic Design, Interdisciplinary Studies, or other relevant field of study
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar business software products

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete required training on company policies and understand the importance of each
  • Checking, sending, and responding to emails using Microsoft Outlook
  • Use Microsoft Outlook calendar for scheduling and attending departmental meetings and events
  • Learn how to use departmental project management tool to receive and complete task assignments
  • Participate in departmental projects by listening, learning, asking questions, and accepting task assignments that challenge your skill set and add to your professional experience
  • Work with a team of marketing specialists, copywriters, graphic designers, and digital project professionals to fulfill requests for external marketing and internal communication needs
  • Other assigned duties may include but are not limited to: drafting, editing, or proofreading copy; drafting or reviewing design work; creative brainstorming; data analysis, editing spreadsheets, file organization and labeling.
