About the Role:
The Innovation Program Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of Trace3’s Innovation Program. This program includes Client Advisory Services, Venture Capital Connections & Relations, and Research. This role will be responsible for programmatic aspects of the Innovation department which includes events, briefings, workshops, collateral distribution, venture and entrepreneur exposure. This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our clients as they experience all aspects of Trace3’s Innovation Program
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple, multi-stakeholder projects across the Innovation Program - Advisory Services, Venture Capital Connection & Research.
- Plan, organize & coordinate functions and projects relating to the operations of the Innovation programs
- Oversee innovation projects and programs to include task assignment, management, follow up and reporting.
- Serves as a central point of contact between account teams, venture firms, startups, and other team, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters; assists with seminars, meetings, special projects, and/or general problem resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of new process and procedures relating to all aspects of the Innovation Program
- Coordinate future evolution and direction of VC briefing program.
- Execute on business development activities and programs that involve our Venture and Entrepreneur partners.
- Implement briefing strategies to ensure goals and outcomes meet company, business partner and Innovation business goals.
- Participate in regular meetings with internal Account Teams and/or Technical team to achieve optimal work production.
- Identifying ways to improve client experiences; present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage all briefing meeting and event requirements including but not limited to: invitations, travel, catering requirements, audio visual, site inspections and selection, reconciliation, and program evaluation.
- Summarize and distribute briefing evaluations, prepare and collect all materials for briefing meetings, and prepare all customer documentation.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in all aspects relating to increased performance.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications & Interests:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
