NE-Technical Lead

This is a remote position.

• Design and develop REST APIs both microservice and monolith.
  
• Develop and maintain new projects.
  
• Analize, design and develop new features on existing projects using design patterns.
  
• Build test cases for your code and help the QA team with bug fixing.
  
• Be part and drive Scrum meetings such as Dailys, Retrospectives, etc.
  
• Participate in code reviews and testing of features to gain a better understanding of the product and its design.
  
• Solve implementation problems and make design decisions.
  
• Be fully hands-on with the team to ensure high-quality and solid foundations.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing software for companies.
  
• 5+ years of experience working with Node and Express or Nestjs.
  
• 3+ years of experience working with React.
  
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Timeboxing.
  
• Experience working with Docker.
  
• Experience working with Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB).
  
• Self-driven, proactive attitude.
  
• Passionate about startups and motivated to contribute to the company's development and technical requirements.
  
• Experience as an entrepreneur who enjoys solving daily problems and appreciates the opportunity to shape and execute different workflows as the situation demands.
  
• Intermediate English & Advanced Spanish.
  

• Experience working with Python.
  
• Experience using AWS.
  
• Experience working with NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB or Redis or Cassandra.
