Job Description: RESPEC an employee-owned professional consulting and services company, specializes in applying engineering principles and innovative technologies to solve our clients’ most challenging problems. We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our full-service engineering team! You’ll be designing innovative, world-class projects using state-of-the-art technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design using AutoCAD 3D
• Prepare design calculations
• Develop quantities and prepare engineers estimate
• Evaluated design options

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to take on new tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), typically Monday through Friday during normal 8:00am to 5:00pm business hours. Overtime is possible when project workload requires it. 

Compensation and Benefits: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package that consists of medical, vision, and dental insurance; holidays; paid leave; 401(k) Plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); continuing education; and professional societies. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the ESOP after a qualifying period.
