Job Summary
The Housing Coordinator will provide backup housing management support during the Hospital Housing Manager’s absences and will assist the Housing Manager with duties and tasks as directed.. The Housing Coordinator will be registered as an authorized user of the MVH housing software program and will use it as required to assist in the management of hoteling and placements of Hospital leased and owned property occupants.· Uses the housing reservation database to schedule occupant arrivals and departures. Schedules turnover cleanings.
· Reconciles housing and SSA reservation related expenses, ensuring accurate expense capture.
· Stand in for the Hospital Housing Manager as required.
· Communicate on an ongoing and frequent basis with the MVH Housing Manager regarding current and future hoteling of occupants.
· In the absence of the Housing Manager, acts as a contact for housing occupants, landlords, and hospital management.
· Communicates directly with the Hospital CAO as needed.
