We’re looking for a curriculum designer that can create engaging educational content for automotive technicians of all skill levels.

Job Description

Carquest Technical Institute is a leading provider of training for working automotive technicians. We create and teach classes to help automotive technicians learn at all skill levels - from general maintenance to advanced master technicians.

Your primary role will be to manage production of courseware for technician training. You’ll work with our curriculum developers to create presentations and workbooks that educate and engage our learners. You’ll work with translators to ensure that our coursework is available in multiple languages. This role requires great organizational skills, as you’ll often be overseeing multiple concurrent projects and making sure that everything is delivered on time.  You should be competent in using Powerpoint and a learning design platform such as Articulate or Captivate. Some automotive understanding is helpful, but an ability to quickly grasp technical concepts is more important.

Additional responsibilities include creating marketing materials for CTI classes and events, and being involved in planning and hosting training events at the CTI Research and Development Center.
