Where you come in:

As a Senior Staff Global Enterprise Strategic Planner, you'll set strategies, develop processes, break down silos, and promote cross-functional collaboration to implement efficient, scalable solutions. You'll lead global improvements, establish inventory management policies, and implement best-in-class planning solutions in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

Supply Chain Program Leadership:

• Oversee and manage key supply chain programs, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver measurable improvements in performance.

Cost-Optimized Strategy:

• Design and execute cost-optimization strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Supply Chain Transformation:

• Evolve the supply chain transformation roadmap to align with business priorities.

• Implement best-in-class planning solutions to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

RSO Development:

• Lead the Rationalize, Standardize, and Optimize (RSO) initiatives to streamlines processes, reduce redundancy, and standardize operations across the supply chain. 

Product Revision Roadmap Alignment:

• Develop and maintain the product revision implementation roadmap that aligns with cost savings targets and overall business objectives. 

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with global planning, operations, strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing management, and Subject Matter Experts to align on objectives and requirements.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure accountability in planning processes.
