What impact you’ll make:



As a member of the Power DT Services O&M team, you will be an active contributor to the architecting, building, and product management of core Power applications, systems, and infrastructure supporting the O&M business. The Power O&M team is responsible for supporting, maintaining the operations and health of Power’s managed services at customer power plants.

What you’ll do  

 

• Architect the technical vision and roadmap for DT O&M products and applications; ensure alignment with business goals and emerging technologies. 

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through rigorous testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. 

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, identify opportunities for technical product enhancement. 

• Define detailed product requirements, and technical specifications, incorporating advanced technical insights and industry best practices. 

• Ensure product quality and performance through the implementation of automated testing, monitoring tools, and performance metrics. 

• Integrate new technologies and solutions into the existing IT ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption. 

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve problems promptly. 

• Document technical specifications, project plans, and post-implementation reviews to maintain a knowledge base for future projects. 

 

 

 

 

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge or experience.

• Experience in IT infrastructure architecture 

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, and application stack services. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
