As part of our global team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.</p><p></p><p><b>As a Consultant within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:</b><br/>Supporting our clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals, by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models;</p><ul><li><p>Employing your judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (business case); making decisions with little management oversight</p></li><li><p>Facilitating design thinking workshops, showcasing agile design to the client, co-developing and securing design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner</p></li><li><p>Cultivating strong relationship with clients during engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met and/or exceeded</p></li><li><p>Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals</p></li><li><p>Supporting development of CFO&amp;EV practice/ community capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with the wider CFO&amp;EV and other teams across Accenture</p></li><li><p>Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to be able to contribute the growth of CFO&amp;EV as well as wider Accenture organization</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>We are looking for following skills and experience:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a finance transformation, digital finance projects and/or designing or delivering large-scale transformation through ERP or GBS/shared service transitions</li><li>Demonstrates familiarity with key finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or Anaplan</li><li>Practical knowledge of the latest technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Analytics) and the application of these in a finance context</li><li>Process expertise in designing optimized and digitised Finance processes enabled by key <span>platforms/technologies:</span></li><li>Order-to-Cash (O2C), including contract &amp; order management, billing &amp; collections, and deductions &amp; dispute management, cash management and reconciliations etc.</li><li>Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), including contract and purchasing order management, receiving goods &amp; services, invoice management, payment and travel &amp; expenses etc.</li><li>Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), including project accounting, capitalization, fixed asset management, depreciation and other fixed asset transactions etc.</li><li>Record-to-Report (R2R), including master data management, general accounting, close management, consolidation, external reporting, intercompany accounting and chart of accounts design etc.</li><li>Conduct fit-gap analysis for Finance technology and business processes and develop a roadmap with recommendations based on the finance process requirements</li><li>Identify business requirements and conduct vendor assessment and selection</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Set Yourself Apart:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in design thinking/agile project delivery methods</li><li>Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA)</li><li>Highly credible with the ability to engage broadly with all levels of management, on personal and professional attributes</li><li>Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence</li><li>Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation and time management skills</li><li>Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determi
