Our menu features handcrafted pintxos, classic Spanish dishes, and an extensive selection of Spanish wines, creating an authentic dining experience in the heart of Oslo.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to become part of our kitchen team on a full-time basis.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare high-quality pintxos and traditional Spanish dishes in line with our recipes and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an efficient and well-organized service.</li><li>Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.</li><li>Follow food safety procedures and contribute to a safe and professional working environment.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Previous experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, ideally with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pintxos and authentic Spanish cooking methods.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.</li><li>A positive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to the team.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.
