Senior Product Manager (MyEnfuce)

<p><strong>About The Role: </strong></p><ul> <li>As a Senior Product Manager for Customer &amp; Developer Experience (CxDx) team at Enfuce, you’ll be responsible for driving critical initiatives across our customer and developer-facing platforms ensuring top-tier customer and developer journeys. You’ll identify high-impact problems, shape strategy, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to bring best-in-class products to life. </li> </ul><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul> <li>Driving the product vision and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our platform that enables financial institutions and card issuers to monitor transactions, resolve customer issues, manage cardholder relationships, and harness integrated data analytics. </li> <li>In collaboration with our UX designer and technical writer, owning and crafting a seamless new onboarding journey for developers integrating with our card issuing platform including step-by-step guides, test APIs, and comprehensive documentation to ensure a fast, intuitive, and enjoyable integration experience. </li> <li>You’ll act as a bridge between product development and compliance, ensuring that our platforms not only delight users but also meet the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory alignment. </li> </ul><p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>5+ years in Product Management, with a strong background in B2B payments, specially in payment dashboards and customer onboarding, working with UX designers and both frontend and backend developers. </li> <li>Hands-on experience in leveraging data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to uncover customer behavior insights and conduct targeted user interviews to inform product decisions. </li> <li>You can see both the big picture and the immediate impact. </li> <li>You make decisions based on a rich combination of data, intuition, and business context. </li> <li>You thrive in environments with high levels of autonomy and ambiguity. </li> <li> You are excellent at building networks, leading cross-functional teams, and driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups. </li> <li>You act like an entrepreneur owning outcomes, making resourceful decisions, and inspiring teams.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience managing API-driven products with a focus on improving developer onboarding including sandbox environments, test API flows, and integration guides.
