In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and solutions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain customer accounts and assist with account updates
• Resolve product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
