About the Role
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our GenAI Cloud Services team. In this role, you will support the design, development, testing, and delivery of LLM-based services. Working closely with experienced team members, you will help implement scalable API services, assist in integration and operational tasks, and learn best practices for building reliable AI-driven applications in the cloud.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining production code for GenAI cloud services
• Collaborate with other engineers on project tasks and solution design
• Help integrate and validate AI/LLM models in cloud-based systems
• Contribute to building and optimizing features for performance and reliability
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of production issues
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes
• Learn and apply best practices for software development, including security and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one programming language (such as Java, Go, or Python)
• 1–2 years of experience in software development
• Understanding of distributed systems or cloud technologies is a plus
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or cloud services
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $73,700 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
