Job Description

• Own client outcomes: Serve as engagement lead from vision to measurable value realization.
• Process leadership: Be the process expert in at least one of functional process of L2O, O2C, or P2P; map current to future state, define controls/KPIs.
• Strategy & value mapping: Run C-suite/VP workshops; build business cases.
• Operating model design: Define roles, governance, RACI.
• Enterprise Architecture (EA):
• Create business capability maps, value streams, and target-state architectures aligned to strategy.
• Define reference architectures and standards for application, data, integration, analytics,
• Technology roadmaps and debt remediation.
• Digital enablement: Translate strategy into platform roadmaps and integration patterns.
• Process & experience design: Apply Design Thinking, and service blueprints to orchestrate process design workshops.
• Program leadership: Stand up/run a Transformation Office; manage risks, and cross-functional teams.

 

Basic Qualifications

• 20+ years total experience in consulting or industry; 15+ years leading large, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Deep process expertise in one or more: L2O, O2C, P2P
• Proven track record in value mapping, future-state process & architecture design, and business strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Must reside in the US 

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $216,000.00-440,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.   

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
