Use your passion to drive the MedVet experience for our clients and patients, as well as your teammates.       We are looking for:       Emergency Veterinary Clinical Supervisor     Compensation for this position starts at $33.25/hour and goes up based on skillset and experience.            Never a dull moment in the ER! Our Emergency team is the perfect place for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly and handle the stress of critical situations with ease. Every day is different and there’s never the same case twice!      What you’ll do:      Escalates issues to Clinical Manager     Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)     Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needs     Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift     Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:     
  • Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources, breaks and lunches for team members   
  • Assigns team member responsibilities per shift   
  • Addresses process or employee issues during their shift   
  • Communicates schedule changes, performance concerns and shift issues to the Clinical Manager routinely
